Evelyn Pyper has worked in real world data and evidence generation across the biopharma industry, health tech, government, and academia – spanning global and regional markets. She is currently based in Toronto, Canada in the role of Health Data Strategy Lead at Roche Canada. Prior to Roche, Evelyn led Evidence Strategy at PicnicHealth, a patient-centric AI and health technology company. Evelyn has also worked at Johnson & Johnson in various roles, including: Associate Director of Market Access for Global Public Health, focused on securing access to HIV treatments in resource-limited settings, including Sub-Saharan Africa; and as RWE Manager of a diverse portfolio of partnerships and research projects at Janssen Canada. Evelyn has a BHSc in Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology from McMaster University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Queen’s University. Evelyn is currently completing her doctorate (DPhil/PhD) at the University of Oxford with a focus on innovative clinical outcome measurement using digital health technology.
