Andreea Popescu is a dynamic healthcare leader with a proven record of advancing strategy, analytics, and performance excellence. As Director of Organizational Performance at William Osler Health System, she oversees a multidisciplinary portfolio encompassing Organizational Performance (formerly Decision Support), Coding, and Case Costing. Her teams partner closely with leaders to translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive evidence-based decisions and sustainable change.
Andreea has led numerous organization-wide initiatives that have reshaped Osler’s approach to performance management, workforce planning, and patient flow. A strong advocate for data literacy, collaboration, and integrity, she fosters high-performing teams that bridge analytical rigor with human-centered impact.
Andreea holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) from McMaster University and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
