Terra has a multi-disciplinary background in quality, mathematics and relationship management and a passion for healthcare system improvement. For 16 years, Terra has worked with TeamUHN to facilitate problem solving, identify risks and use data to drive actionable insights. She earned her Master of Science in Health Quality from Queen’s University, and holds multiple certifications in project, relationship, and change management. As the Director, Performance Improvement & Excellence she oversees a team helping UHN identify and solve performance problems using data to improve the effectiveness, quality, and safety of care. This role bridges the gap between advanced analytics and decision intelligence to champion a data-driven culture.
