Linda Schaefer

Linda is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. She has been a member of the Bluewater Health team for the past 33 years and is committed to high quality safe care for patients and families.

Previously in her nursing role, she was a passionate emergency department nurse. Utilizing her career experience as an ED nurse, she contributes to the overall strategic direction of the hospital for quality care and safe outcomes. Over the last eight years of her career, Linda has taken on a number of leadership roles within Bluewater Health pertaining to quality, risk and patient safety.
