Daniel Chertok is a Sr. Data Scientist on the Clinical Analytics Team at NorthShore University HealthSystem located in the north suburbs of Chicago. He manages the Data Science group responsible for the development of predictive and quantitative models, including patient outcomes, marketing segmentation, biostatistical analysis, performance attribution and operational efficiency. Before joining NorthShore University HealthSystem, Daniel had worked in various quantitative R&D roles in Finance and Retail. He holds an Eng. Math. degree in Applied Mathematics from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in the Russian Federation and a Ph. D. in Applied Mathematics from Simon Fraser University in Canada.
