Allison Loh-Kandylis is a Registered Nurse and the National Director of Innovation at CBI Health. She is a transformational leader with a proven track record of success leading complex change initiatives and developing supportive partnerships that have positively impacted the patient experience through improved system design and health system integration. In her role, Allison is responsible for driving innovation and generating transformative health care solutions that enable better care now and in the future.
Allison has over 23 yrs. of experience in the health care industry and has held several progressive senior leadership roles in hospital and government sectors. She holds a Masters in Nursing and a Masters in Health Care Administration from the University of Toronto. She is a Certified Health Care Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

Supporting the People Side of Change to Improve Health Outcomes
During the COVID 19 Pandemic, CBI Health quickly mobilized to support the health care system by partnering with LHINs and hospitals to not only expedite discharge home for patients designated ALC but also provide enhanced restorative care focused on patient enablement at home. We will share key elements of our Transition to Restorative Care at Home program including: our restorative care approach, an integrated patient record and virtually connected care teams, patient focused goal attainment and digital enablers.
